Our Physical Health & Wellness Program (PHWP) is meant to accelerate your wellness goals! Whether you would like to improve strength and agility for athletics, improve flexibility and core strength for gymnastics, accelerate your therapy goals, build confidence, build new skills, and/or improve your general fitness/wellbeing, this program is for you!

Does Your Busy Schedule Make Exercises Hard?
We get it. There are only so many hours in a day and so many demands on your time. Let us help make life easier. Parents/guardians will get some "YOU" time, while PMC works with your children to achieve their athletic, wellness or therapy goals! The objective of our Physical Health & Wellness Program is to ensure that progress is being made to achieve your individual goals!
How does it work?
- Unique goals: Our staff will create a personal program to achieve your individual goals, whether that be strengthening, endurance, agility, or general physical health
- Accelerate personal goals: Want to make quicker progress? Our optional scheduling allows that
- Accelerate therapy goals: Making therapy "work" fun!

A: Initial Assessments (first appointment) is 45 minutes
Regular sessions are 30 minutes
Q: How much does this cost?
A: Initial Assessment costs $30
Regular sessions cost $25
Q: Does insurance cover this?
A: No, this is not covered by insurance. However, some local grants and scholarships may be able to be used
Q: Can this help with my child's therapy goals?
A: Absolutely! With parent/guardian permission, your instructor will be collaborate with PMC therapists to make faster progress on shared goals!
