Christina Snyder, PTA
Owner & Executive Director
Tina, owner of PMC, completed her Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapy at Carroll Community College and completed her Bachelor’s degree at University of Maryland. She performed clinical field work at Kennedy Kreiger Institute outpatient pediatrics and Kernan Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Hospital spinal cord injury unit, which ignited her passion to work with the pediatric population. Tina has been working in the physical therapy field for over 8 years in multiple clinical settings including outpatient pediatrics, outpatient adult orthopedics, and home health. She has experience treating adult and pediatric neurological conditions, athletic injuries, and medically complex diagnoses.
In recent years, Tina piqued an interest researching sensory integration and the role physical therapy can take in the treatment of sensory processing and related disorders. This research, along with a growing desire to treat her patients in a sensory rich, state of the art, and comforting environment, compelled Tina to open PMC’s doors in March of 2017. “I’m very proud of what PMC has become, and our team of staff here makes PMC a family.”
When not treating patients or greeting new friends at PMC, you’ll likely find Tina researching new equipment, techniques, and strategies to add at PMC to help children succeed with their rehabilitative goals. Tina is passionate about providing families with support, and helping children overcome obstacles to achieve new milestones. “I love breaking through to our kiddos in therapy sessions; when they achieve a new skill or communicate in a new way, I celebrate each accomplishment with them and it inspires that passion yet again!” Tina’s most important motivation is her three young boys (Michael, Mason & Maddox) who you may see swinging around at PMC, and her husband, Brian. She loves spending time with her family hiking, swimming, and going on family vacations.

Brian Snyder
VP and Director of Operations
Brian, co-owner of PMC, is also a firefighter for the City of Hagerstown and a BLS instructor for his own business, Snyder CPR and Safety Training. He is a Jack-of-all-Trades at PMC, assisting with equipment maintenance, office administration, and any other job that needs done.
When not at PMC, you’ll likely find Brian spending time with his three young boys (Michael, Mason & Maddox). The Snyder family loves spending time hiking, swimming, and going on family vacations.

Jessica Taylor
Director of Client Services
Jess graduated from Broadfording Christian Academy in 2006. She is married with 4 beautiful children– Bailey, Bristol, Wesley and Presley.
In her words “I have always dreamed of making a difference in the lives of children and I know working at PMC I am a part of something amazing that has brought endless opportunities to children of all abilities. Seeing these children working with our talented therapist and reaching goals they never thought possible is something I can look forward to everyday! It will always be my goal to show every child and their family compassion and support."

Courtney Young, DPT
Director of Clinical Services
Courtney graduated from Springfield College with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Additionally, Courtney has a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Simmons College and is a licensed Assistive Technology Professional (ATP). Courtney brings 17+ years of pediatric rehabilitation experience to her role of Director of Operations of the Pediatric Movement Center (PMC). She has worked in a variety of settings including: a neonatal intensive care unit, a pediatric rehab hospital (focusing on NICU graduates, infants and toddlers with significant medical needs) and in outpatient pediatric clinics.
Courtney has a strong interest in the rehabilitation of the medically fragile child, and fulfilling Equipment needs (wheelchairs, standers, seating systems, adapted bath equipment, specialized tricycles). When Courtney is not treating a patient, you’ll likely find her organizing educational opportunities for the PMC team, investigating new research and treatments and overseeing daily clinical operations.
Courtney has always had a strong desire to work in the Pediatric field. She loves the collaboration with families, and the motivation children demonstrate. Courtney believes that there is nothing better than seeing a child accomplish a goal and experience the feeling of accomplishment! Courtney enjoys working at the Pediatric Movement Center because “the children I work with continue to teach me new skills everyday. I am so thankful for the opportunity to learn from them.”

Tillie Breakall
Director of Community Wellness
Tillie has been a part of the PMC team since opening in 2017. In college, Tillie simultaneously worked on obtaining an associates degree in human service while being a collegiate athlete. In her youth, Tillie was a varsity athlete participating in volleyball, basketball and soccer. She also has a background in dance and acrobatics!
Tillie loves being a mentor and always encourages children to do their best. She is passionate about helping others and deeply values the unique skills and talents of every individual. Tillie has "learned a lot of different skills" while working at PMC that she uses "to help other people." She has an enthusiastic personality which is contagious. In her free time, Tillie enjoys spending time with her husband, friends & family, and her dogs - Koda, Luna, and Stella! She also loves reading, playing sports and going on adventures! Fun fact: Tillie is working on becoming fluent in sign language!

Colleen Bal
Director of PR & Business Development
Colleen joined the PMC team in the spring of 2017 and has “loved every minute of it.” She graduated from Michigan State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and a specialization in entrepreneurship. After graduation Colleen worked for NATO in Mons, Belgium. Since returning to the states to be closer to family, Colleen has worked in the medical field. She believes that the small acts of kindness oftentimes make the biggest difference.
When Colleen is not at the PMC, you’d likely find her & husband Jake hiking with their fur-baby, Barkley or dabbling with photography. Whenever they have the chance, Colleen and her family love to travel. To date they’ve been to 10+ countries and counting!

Zakia Horst

Zaykia Horst joined the Pediatric Movement Center team in the fall of 2021. Zaykia has an associates degree in early childhood education, and is currently working on completing a bachelors degree in behavioral health science. She has 10 years of experience in working with pediatrics. Zaykia loves working with children and animals too! She also volunteered for 10+ years at Star Equestrian Center helping with lessons for her special needs friends.
When not at PMC, Zaykia loves to read, be outdoors camping or hiking, spending time with her family and friends and watching movies. Additionally, she comes from a big family and is a foster sister, which she absolutely loves! We are so lucky to have Zaykia as part of the PMC family!

Anna Hissong
Clinic Manager
Anna is an Occupational Therapy Assistant who resides in Mercersburg, PA. She has been working in pediatrics since graduating with her Associates of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Penn State Mont Alto in 2013.
Along with outpatient pediatric therapy, Anna has provided school based therapy in Virginia Beach public schools as well as a residential facility for adolescents struggling with various mental health diagnoses. Anna also has experience leading peer interactive experience groups focusing on the social thinking curriculum. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as traveling!

Connor Swank
PT
Connor joined PMC in the summer of 2021 after graduating from Lebanon Valley College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Connor has always enjoyed working with the pediatric population. In his high and college years, he volunteered as a soccer coach as well as worked at Aaron's Acres, a program for children with developmental disabilities. In his words, Conner "enjoys working at PMC because the environment is so conducive to a child's improvement and well-being. All the children and families that come to PMC are great to work with. Every single staff member at PMC show their desire to help children succeed and reach their goals." Additionally, Connor loves working with pediatrics because everyday is different and exciting. For him, kids are always so positive and make him laugh and smile, making every day better than the day before. Connor finds "kids making progress that they and their family didn't know was possible" extremely rewarding. Through his work, Connor has found so many amazing success stories, which inspiring to all.
Outside of work Connor likes to spend time with his family and friends. He enjoys anything and everything outdoors including: hunting, hiking, running, and sitting by the campfire. Advice that Connor was given, which he in turn passes on is that there is no such thing as "I can't", there is only "I can."'

Amanda Nevells
PT
Amanda joins the PMC family after working as a PT student and loving her experience as a student. She is excited to be joining PMC and helping kids reach and go beyond their potential. She believes that she can help create space for children to work through any challenges they face by working with the PMC team.
When not working, Amanda loves to explore and travel with her family and friends. She also loves to read and go on hikes.

Bethany Elliott
PTA
Bethany has worked in the field of pediatric physical therapy for 16 years. She began her career in the Allegany County Public School System with School Therapy Services, as a PTA, immediately following graduation in August of 2006, in which she received her Associates degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. Prior to this degree, Bethany received an associates degree in therapeutic massage from ACM in May of 2004. Bethany joined the PMC team in 2021. In her words, "I love PMC because of their mission, the environment and the people. Everyone is uplifting, kind and genuinely happy to be at work."
Bethany absolutely "loves the patients like they are my own and I strive to do all that I can to provide them and their families with a positive experience in Physical Therapy. Working with pediatric patients is so rewarding because children do not care about mistakes, or have fear, or worries about failing, the pure innocence is inspiring to let loose and have fun!
Outside of work, Bethany enjoys spending time with her family; camping at our camp at Big Bear Lake in WV. She LOVES shopping, 80’s hair bands, organizing things and watching my children (Mckinley Ann age 13 and Brantley Hunter age 8) in their sporting events. Bethany has been married to Jeremy for 15 years, whom I get it work with on Tuesdays!

Mackenzie Swank

Mackenzie graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a doctorate in physical therapy in the spring of 2021. Shortly after graduation, she joined the PMC team because of the "unique atmosphere" at PMC where she feels that "you are truly part of a team...I love that! I love that everyone is valued as an individual, but we are also part of one big team." From an early age, Mackenzie knew that she wanted to her work to involve pediatrics. She spent 3 years as a volunteer for Aaron's Acres, a summer camp for children with developmental disabilities. Additional, she has worked with the PA vent camp, a camp for ventilator dependent children for 2 years, serving on the activities committee where she creates adapted activities for the campers.
In her words, Mackenzie "loves the creativity that comes with working in pediatrics." She enjoys "working to achieve therapy goals through play" and especially "all of the kiddos and their smiles, joy, and energy" which make her day, every day! In her free time, Mackenzie keeps busy running, crocheting, painting, and drawing. Additionally. she loves to spend time outdoors with my family and friends. In the future, Mackenzie aspires to start an adaptive running program. PMC is lucky to have Mackenzie part of the team. She captures our mission to support our community! Quinn Beck-Schmieder

Quinn is a recent graduate of Penn State Mont Alto's PTA program. She has four years of experience as a therapy tech, and completed one of her 6 week clinical rotations at PMC. She has a special interest in orthotics and prosthetics. She is passionate about empowering children and individuals with disabilities to achieve what they never thought was possible, through movement and inspiration. Quinn is passionate about helping others and bettering lives. Whether that is through physical therapy or just being a friend, she strives to be a brighter light on a dark day. Outside of work, Quinn enjoys taking care of her house plants and going to the beach. Her personal motto is "anything worth doing is worth overdoing."

Lauren Bollacker

is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over a decade of experience in the physical therapy field and seven years as a licensed PTA. She brings with her a strong background in aquatic therapy and has always had a passion for movement, progress, and helping others succeed. After interning at Pediatric Movement Center through a high school program, she’s come full circle—excited to now be part of the PMC team in an official capacity.
A graduate of Sherando High School and Shepherd University, where she played collegiate volleyball for four years, she is also M1 Graston certified and thrives on competition, creativity, and coaching. Her personal motto, “Always try your best,” fuels her commitment to helping children reach their physical goals through patient, individualized care.
Described as accountable, kind, and competitive, she’s passionate about helping kids become stronger and more confident while understanding that every child learns in their own way. She hopes to encourage healthy, active lifestyles not only in the clinic, but also in the community and beyond.
Outside of PMC, she enjoys spending time with her kids, staying active, working out, and exploring her love of photography and travel. With a newfound love for Pilates and a deep appreciation for historical landmarks, she brings both enthusiasm and balance into everything she does.
Whether she’s cheering on a child during a session or coaching them toward new achievements, she’s proud to be part of each kiddo’s journey—and proud to call PMC home.

Elizabeth Robertson
OT Supervisor
Elizabeth (Lizzie) graduated with an Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance and joined the PMC team in 2021 which was a "dream come true!" Prior to coming to PMC, Lizzie had a chance to explore occupational therapy in various settings including mental/behavioral health, inpatient and outpatient rehab, the school setting, hospitals and nursing homes. Lizzie enjoys working with the pediatric population because she loves to be able to "encourage and help young minds grow" through play! In her words, "a child’s number one occupation is play, and what is more fun than that?" Lizzie enjoys seeing children reach their goals and work as hard as they can! She loves to encourage them and build their confidence that they can carry through the rest of their lives with. Today, Lizzie is living her dream with "the best job in the world" because she feels like she doesn't "work" a single day because she is doing what she loves!
Outside of work, Lizzie enjoys spending time with her family, husband and friends. She enjoys being outdoors, especially going on walks, exploring nature and camping. Lizzie's personal goal is to "never stop loving and encouraging everyone I am able to. Everyone deserves to be loved and treated with utmost respect!" We couldn't agree more!

Alexys joined PMC as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in 2022. She is a graduate of Allegany College of Maryland in Cumberland. She comes with clinical experience in Inpatient rehab and outpatient pediatrics. She is passionate about being apart of the kids lives and seeing the growth and independence OT can bring. You may recognize her from completing her clinical rotations here at PMC!
Alexys enjoys hanging out with her husband, family and friends and loves to take walks with her dog , Belle when it is nice out. She also enjoys sitting down and reading a good book. So glad to have you as part of the team!

Stephanie Baldwin

Steph graduated from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA with a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2002 and is a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. Stephanie has worked in pediatrics for the last 20 years. Previous to PMC, she worked in outpatient pediatrics and the Washington County Public school system and Birth to Five program.
She is passionate about supporting, encouraging and inspiring children, families and parents to live their lives to the fullest. She describes Pediatric Movement Center as a “bright shining light, full of compassion for others, a place of healing and comfort for children and their families alike.”
She’s a believer in the attitude of gratitude for there is always joy to be found when you have a grateful heart. She is a wife to an “awesome man, and momma to three wild and wonderful boys.” When she is not working, she is sure to be on adventures with her hubby and exploring the great wide open with her boys; knitting, visiting family and friends and participating in church activities.

Colleen Slation

Colleen graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA with a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2014. Colleen has worked in pediatrics the past nine years. Previous to PMC, she worked in early intervention in Pennsylvania for six years and began her career as an OT with Montgomery County Public Schools servicing children Pre-K through 5th grade. Prior to COVID-19, Colleen was traveling with Pink Concussions, the largest non-profit organization for women who have acquired a brain injury and traveled around the country w/ other female brain injury survivor’s sharing their personal stories of healing and recovery at large medical symposiums. In March 2016, she had the honor to speak on behalf of all brain injury survivors at Capitol Hill for Brain Injury Awareness Day sharing her personal story of returning back to school to pursue her career in occupational therapy after overcoming a mild traumatic brain injury and PTSD related to a work-related injury.
Colleen is a huge advocate for cheering on the underdog and seeing a child’s life and passions beyond a label(s) while believing in the child’s truest potential to live their lives to the fullest. Colleen carries a measure of undeniable joy and an expression of hope, faith and compassion in the care she provides to the families and children she works with. Colleen is known for her ‘hugs’ and is a firm believer that hugs can and are an expression of therapeutic healing and bonding that at times words can’t express between a child and adult. Colleen has a passion for helping families and children understand the mind, body, soul and spirit connection to enhance their mental health & wellbeing. When she is not working, she loves biking, swimming, running, traveling, spending time with her husband and family/friends bringing hope and joy everywhere she goes.

Emily Forsyth

Emily Forsyth is excited to join the PMC family as an Occupational Therapist. She is a recent graduate of Utica University, and was previously a student at PMC! In addition to her degree, she is also LSVT Big Certified.
Emily loves traveling, hiking, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her husband and pets. She is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others, and seeing the growth that each of her clients make during the time that their paths cross.

Hannah Martin

Hannah is a graduate of Shenandoah University's doctorate Occupational Therapy program, where she received her degree in May 2023. Her past pediatrics experience includes working as a summer camp counselor, in a daycare, and placement for her Level II fieldwork. Hannah believes she can support PMC's mission by applying her knowledge, experience and compassion for kids and providing client-centered treatment.
She lives in Williamsport, MD, with her fiancé and their two fur babies, Leia (a 1-year-old golden/lab mix) and Lily (a 16-year-old cat). Her favorite activities are decorating her home, going for walks, and spending time with her friends, and family.

Kristen Hill

Kristen graduated from Penn State University in 2016 with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Occupational Therapy. She also has a Bachelor in Science in Family and Child Development and a Minor in Health Promotion from Liberty University.
Kristen went back to school for Occupational Therapy after working with special needs after college. She grew to love OT through seeing how much one on one time through play and services help impact a child’s life and their family. Kristen’s eager to gain new skills related to pediatrics.
In her spare time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and little girl. She is passionate about traveling, camping, hiking and gardening.

Lindsey is a graduate of Shenandoah University. She has been an Occupational Therapist for the past 16 years. She is a mom of 3 boys, 3 cats, a dog, and 15 chickens. Robin Koch
SLP Supervisor
Robin is originally from Winchester, Virginia but has lived and worked in Southern Maryland since finishing her graduate studies. She began her career in the school system working with kiddos aged 3-6 (Pre-K & Kindergarten) and then moved to an outpatient facility. She is beyond excited to fully immerse myself back into working with only pediatrics.
Robin is happy to be part of the PMC team. She says "I am so excited to work with a team of professionals focusing solely on the pediatric population. I have had great experiences learning from and working with a team of OTs, PTs, and SLPs in previous positions and look forward to building more professional relationships at PMC. Beyond the PMC's team, the facility and management have been the most well-equipped and welcoming I have experienced in my career."
In her spare time Robin enjoys playing golf, horse back riding, and going for hikes. She would describe herself as "energetic, optimistic, and crafty". Her personal motto is "Those who spread happiness cannot keep it from themselves" (Dove Chocolate wrapper).

Erin Cook

Erin received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences (and a Minor in Political Science) at East Carolina University and her Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Erin joined the PMC team in 2021 after 7 years of speech therapy experience in the school setting, primarily working with students to help improve their ability to be understood, ability to speak fluently, communicate effectively, and encourage access to communication through AAC (Alternative/Augmentative Communication. Erin loves working with families and patients to ensure that their child has access to communication. In her words, "there is nothing better than helping others how to express their wants and needs, and share their feelings with others."
In her free time, Erin loves to keep busy! She enjoys a lot of outdoor activities including running and spending time at the beach (with her dog) as well as practicing yoga and reading any chance she can get! Her favorite quote is "be a rainbow in someone else's cloud" by Maya Angelou.

Julia Colarossi

Julia joined the PMC team in the fall of 2021. Prior to coming to PMC, Julia attended California University of Pennsylvania for undergrad and the University of South Carolina for graduate school. It was in graduate school, that Julia decided she was drawn to work with the pediatric population, specifically as a speech therapist. Her love of the pediatric population, in addition to her desire to collaborate with other disciplines made the field very appealing. For Julia, "PMC was a perfect fit to work with children of all ages, interact with families, and work with occupational and physical therapists."
Outside of work, Julia likes to travel, try new restaurants, and play soccer!

Emma Eickleberry

Emma is a graduate of West Virginia University, where she earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Speech-Language Pathology. She brings nearly five years of experience as both an SLPA and SLP in the public school system, where she supported elementary-aged students with articulation, fluency, and language disorders. One of her greatest passions is introducing AAC devices to nonverbal children, helping them find their voice and build meaningful communication skills.
Excited to transition into outpatient care, she looks forward to growing professionally and being part of PMC’s enthusiastic and supportive team. Guided by her motto, “Be happy always,” she brings a joyful and encouraging presence to every session, empowering each child to tell their story—whether through words, gestures, or technology.
She is certified in CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and is a strong advocate for listening to autistic voices and increasing access to AAC devices for all who need them.
Outside of PMC, she enjoys crafting, crocheting, scrapbooking, and exploring the outdoors with her partner, Brody. A West Virginia native with a serious sweet tooth and a love for all things pink, she’s always planning her next weekend adventure or concert getaway.

Emily has a degree from Villanova University, and has over 23 years of dietetics experience. Emily is a Registered Dietitian, a Certified Personal Trainer, a level 2 NICA mountain biking coach, and is certified in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management.
Outside of work, Emily loves to run, and walk her two labs. She has a chocolate lab named Charley and a black lab named Goose. She also loves mountain biking with her husband and two sons. Emily also loves cooking, baking and watching college basketball.

Emily started working for PMC after her freshman year of college. She earned her Associates Degree in Psychology from HCC and is currently working towards her Bachelor’s Degree at Frostburg State University. She has full intentions to pursue a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Emily is CPR, USA Gymnastics, and Lifeguard certified. She has worked with kids throughout her life working as a camp counselor and babysitting through high school. Emily is most passionate about working with such unique kiddos everyday and seeing the limitless potential each one of them holds.
Outside of PMC Emily loves reading, traveling, hanging out with family and friends, running, and being as fitness savvy as possible. In her words she loves her job and leaves each day inspired to create the best world possible for the kids she meets.

Cassidy is a passionate and dedicated team member whose lifelong calling has been to advocate for and uplift children of all abilities. With a background in childcare and aquatics, she brings a wealth of hands-on experience in leading summer camps, childcare programs, swim instruction, and lifeguarding. Her commitment to helping children grow emotionally, socially, and physically aligns seamlessly with the mission of Pediatric Movement Center.
A proud graduate of Liberty University, she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and graduated summa cum laude with a 3.94 GPA. She is also a certified lifeguard and brings a compassionate, hardworking, and loyal spirit to everything she does. At PMC, she is excited to put her skills and heart to work by empowering children through therapeutic play, encouragement, and consistent support.
Outside of PMC, she enjoys reading, creating art, cooking, and spending time with her loved ones. Deeply rooted in faith, she also actively serves her church and is committed to making a difference in her community through outreach. Whether teaching a new skill or simply being a source of encouragement, she is proud to be part of a team that champions every child’s potential.

Daniel is thrilled to collaborate with friends and family while utilizing his seven years of competitive swimming experience to ensure the safety of the children he works with. Daniel embodies his motto: "Work hard, have fun!" In his spare time, he enjoys engaging in sports and playing video games. Daniel is passionate about empowering kids, especially by prioritizing their safety around water. With aspirations of becoming a professional basketball player or a sports trainer, he is also known for his kindness, fun-loving nature, and charisma, making him an exciting addition to the PMC family!

Luke Barnhart

Luke brings energy, adaptability, and heart to his role at Pediatric Movement Center. With experience as a lifeguard at a local swim club and active certifications in Lifeguarding and CPR, he is eager to expand his skills in a new and impactful setting.
As someone who is always striving to grow, he’s excited to take on his first non-seasonal role at PMC—where he can continue learning while helping children feel safe, supported, and empowered. Whether it's encouraging a hesitant swimmer or offering a reassuring smile, he aims to make every moment a positive one for the families he serves.
Outside of work, he enjoys lifting weights, driving with music on full blast, and playing the drums. He’s an active member of his church and is passionate about giving back—especially through local organizations that serve individuals experiencing homelessness, like the Chambersburg Project and It’s a Blessing to Be a Blessing.

Although he is new to this field, his commitment to empowering young children stems from his own experiences as a blind individual who benefited from similar opportunities. In his spare time, Dan enjoys the company of his partner, Carrie, their three cats, and friends and family, along with indulging his love for karaoke. He aims to contribute positively to PMC’s mission by providing motivation and encouragement, fervently supporting causes that champion equal opportunity for all. Laura is married with four children, Brooke, Ben, Emmalyn, and Hannah. She is a self proclaimed chaos coordinator. In addition to being a mom and wife, she is passionate about wellness and healthy living, essential oils and coffee. Laura has worked in pediatrics for 5 years, loves working with children, and is very excited about being a part of the PMC team.

Zaykia Horst

Zaykia Horst joined the Pediatric Movement Center team in the fall of 2021. Zaykia has an associates degree in early childhood education, and is currently working on completing a bachelors degree in behavioral health science. She has 10 years of experience in working with pediatrics. Zaykia loves working with children and animals too! She also volunteered for 10+ years at Star Equestrian Center helping with lessons for her special needs friends.
When not at PMC, Zaykia loves to read, be outdoors camping or hiking, spending time with her family and friends and watching movies. Additionally, she comes from a big family and is a foster sister, which she absolutely loves! We are so lucky to have Zaykia as part of the PMC family!

Rebeca joined the PMC team in August of 2022. Rebeca graduated from South Hagerstown High School and she brings with her a wealth of personal experience in the compassionate and diligent care of a child with special needs. Accompanied by her beloved daughter, Dalia, Rebeca found her way to PMC, where through their shared journey and experiences, they forged lasting bonds with the PMC family.
Rebeca enjoys nature walks, plants, reading, and spending time with family. She also brings her dog, Coco, to work for patients and the PMC team to love on!
Rebeca's passion is being a part of helping the special needs community. In her words, "PMC is a big part of our story!" Above and beyond her passion to help those with special needs, she's also fluent in Spanish and helps our team communicate with our hispanic community!

Tiffany Walker

Tiffany joined the PMC team in 2021 with an Associates Degree in Medical Assistant from Frederick Community College and 15+ years of experience in the medical field/billing field. Tiffany joined the PMC team after "seeing how awesome the staff was with my daughter and how much they helped her, I was excited for the opportunity to work at such an amazing place." Tiffany's knowledge of the ever-changing insurance would is a tremendous skillset, as she is able to patients navigate the frustrating insurance world. Tiffany gets much enjoyable out of her ability to help. In her words, "for me, being able to mark completed claims off my accounts receivable list is very rewarding. I know how much I have accomplished or where I need to concentrate my efforts next."
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time outdoors, especially when camping and coaching soccer. She has a creative streak and enjoys working on various craft projects, specifically those involving her Cricut machine. Last (but certainly not least!) Tiffany enjoys traveling to Chincoteague to visit her family.

Heidi joined PMC at the beginning of their journey. An alumni of Grace Academy, she graduated from Thompson Institute in 2004 with a diploma in Billing and Coding.
Heidi is active in her church and passionate with whatever she gets involved with, especially with her job. She loves fighting on behalf of patients for insurance coverage.
Heidi lives in Greencastle, PA, with her husband, daughter and their dog. She keeps active with her family and in her spare time she loves to go to thrift/antique stores, enjoys tea and working on her next crochet project. Also, she is an avid decorator for the Christmas season and currently puts 31 trees up in her home.

Her background includes managing appointments, billing, and working hands-on with individuals with developmental disabilities — making her a perfect fit for PMC’s mission-driven team.
Driven by her personal motto, “Do the right thing, even when no one is watching,” Tiffany is passionate about ensuring every child receives the care they need without delay. Her goal? To ensure that behind the scenes, all the pieces are in place so that children never miss an appointment due to insurance or billing issues.
A proud graduate of Middletown High School and a devoted mom of five, Tiffany is an advocate for access to education and nutrition, supporting causes like Reading Across America and No Kid Hungry. Outside of work, you can find her cheering on her kids at sporting events, baking sweet treats (including sourdough bread), and enjoying Orioles baseball games with her family.

Lucinda Eckstine joined the Pediatric Movement Center team in 2025, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in the medical field, including 10 years in medical billing. With a passion for helping others, Lucinda is excited to support families in accessing the services they need.
Lucinda studied at Hagerstown Business College and the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute. In addition to her work in healthcare, Lucinda is a dedicated firefighter and serves on the board of the Longmeadow Volunteer Fire Department. She lives by the motto, “Live each day as if it is your last,” and enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with her dogs and family, and volunteering in her community.

Ginny Wolf
Human Resources Specialist
Ginny completed her Associate's degree in Accounting and worked in banking and accounting positions before transitioning to healthcare. She provided credentialing and medical billing services to several practices before being approached by one of the physicians to manage his practice. Ginny has managed several specialities, including Pediatrics, where she enjoyed supporting patients and their families. She came to PMC in the fall of 2021 as the Human Resources Specialist.
In her spare time, Ginny enjoys gardening, outdoor activities, baking, sewing, genealogy, archaeology, American History, and spending time with family and friends.
Ginny’s personal motto is “Be the difference you want to see”. She is passionate about patient care and feels blessed to be part of an inspiring team that is making such a tremendous positive impact in the lives of children.

Colleen Bal

Colleen joined the PMC team in the spring of 2017 and has “loved every minute of it.” She graduated from Michigan State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and a specialization in entrepreneurship. After graduation Colleen worked for NATO in Mons, Belgium. Since returning to the states to be closer to family, Colleen has worked in the medical field. She believes that the small acts of kindness oftentimes make the biggest difference.
When Colleen is not at the PMC, you’d likely find her & husband Jake hiking with their fur-baby, Barkley or dabbling with photography. Whenever they have the chance, Colleen and her family love to travel. To date they’ve been to 10+ countries and counting!

Anna graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A in History. Brie was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and recently moved to West Virginia after her and her husband got married in May of 2023. She graduated from Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health. Her passion for helping others, building relationships, and working with diverse groups of people led her to the Complex Rehab Device industry for several years after college. Once she moved up North, she was so thrilled to find PMC and join their team as a PR & Business Development Liaison. With this position, Brie plans to engage with community partners within both Washington and Frederick County, assist with the development of programs, and continue to spread awareness of the amazing impact PMC is making daily in the lives of children and their families!
In her free time, Brie enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places, snuggling with her two cats, and making homemade sourdough bread!
