Milestone Moment - Thomas!

September 16, 2021

Physical Therapy Graduate, Thomas!

When Thomas first started physical therapy at the Pediatric Movement Center, he was wearing ankle braces full-time and could only walk for a few minutes at a time due to his foot and ankle pain. Thomas has been working SO HARD in the clinic and at home and has gotten so much stronger!

Recent Notable Moments include:

  • This past spring, Thomas joined a soccer team and scored " 10 goals because [he's] super good at soccer"
  • Thomas is now riding his bike (without training wheels!!) all by himself!
  • This summer, Thomas  went on a two week long vacation to various national parks in the Midwest and was able to do almost all the hikes by himself without his braces!

We are so incredibly proud of you, Thomas! We can't wait to see what you achieve next!
