Fun Thanksgiving Food Crafts


Looking for some fun and easy Thanksgiving-themed food crafts this year? These simple crafts are easy to set up and sure to add some joy to your family's celebration! Thanksgiving Food Art


Start your Thanksgiving morning off with a super cute and healthy breakfast!  Create this adorable turkey with apples, whole wheat toast, peanut butter/Sunbutter, carrots, and candy eyes.  So fun and filled with vitamins (apples and apple skin), fiber (whole wheat toast), and healthy fats (peanut butter). 




Turkey Waffle


Gobble, gobble!  Breakfast is a great way to start the day off on a healthy note!  Check out this
easy turkey waffle with a colorful fruit tail.  To make the most of your meal, choose a whole grain waffle for added fiber and various fruits.  Choose strawberries for added vitamin C, and  pineapple and cantaloupe for vitamin C, magnesium, and vitamin B6.



Veggie Cornucopia Snack


When your family is looking for a snack before Thanksgiving dinner, look no further than these adorable veggie cornucopias!  Using premade crescent rolls rolled and baked in a foil cone and then filled with veggie sticks and cheese bricks.  Carrot sticks are great additions for potassium, fiber, vitamin C and vitamin B6, cucumbers (with the skin) will provide some vitamin C, vitamin K, and potassium and celery will provide vitamin K, folate, and fiber!  Low fat cheese is an excellent opportunity to add calcium.  These cornucopias are a delicious and filling snack to tide your kiddo over until the big dinner!
