Outpatient Therapy at School

Pediatric Movement Center offers skilled outpatient speech and occupational therapy to students on site at participating schools! Therapy appointments are coordinated between PMC and the student's teacher and are offered during the school day. Both individual and group sessions are available! Schools PMC currently provides therapy at  include:

• Broadfording Christian Academy located in Hagerstown, MD
• Grace Academy located in Hagerstown, MD
• Heritage Academy, located in Hagerstown, MD

What To Expect:

• Comprehensive evaluation completed by a speech/occupational therapist that will assess  skills and will provide valuable information regarding developmental goals.
• Weekly follow-up appointments, custom home program, and parent/guardian updates.

How to Schedule an Evaluation: 

• Complete a therapy request form (available at your school or HERE) and submit to your child's teacher. Your child's teacher will provide this information to a PMC staff member
• Once a PMC staff member has completed therapy request form they will contact a student's family/guardian to obtain therapy/insurance/therapy order information
• Evaluation date scheduled

Post-Evaluation:

• After Initial Evaluation is completed, the PMC Therapist will review results and recommendations directly with a student's family/guardian
